What is the duration of the Partnership agreement? The partnership agreement is concluded for 5 years with extension for the same period.
What does partnership with ION Energy give me? Partnership with ION Energy provides a turnkey retail petroleum products business with your own Smart Station, no need for fuel procurement, monthly profit of at least 50% of the petroleum products sales margin. Digital control of all Smart Station operations with 24/7 access.
What is included in the iON Smart Station price? The price includes a double-walled steel tank with leak detection system, interstitial space filled with nitrogen, deaeration lines, SMDK 50 breather valves. Tokheim fuel dispenser. Control and automation panel. 24/7 unattended fuel sales. All payment types. Voice assistant providing customer guidance during refueling. What technical conditions are required? Smart Station operation requires only electricity up to 10 kW and 380 V voltage.
What size of land plot is needed? A land plot area of 4 ares (400 sq.m.) or more is sufficient.
What should be the intended use of the land plot? Intended use must be — placement and operation of a gas station, or placement and operation of buildings and structures.
Is a land plot required? The potential Partner must own, lease, or hold the land plot under trust management or on other legal grounds.
